- 1 cup rice
- 4 links lap cheong (Chinese sausage)
Rinse rice and put in rice cooker. Add water according to the rice cooker instructions.
Add lap cheong on top of rice.
Cook in rice cooker as you normally would cook rice. (Optional: cook some vegetables while waiting.) When rice is done, so is your sausage!
