Rice Cooker Lap Cheong (Chinese Sausage)

  • Rice cooker

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 4 links lap cheong (Chinese sausage)

Instructions

  • Rinse rice and put in rice cooker. Add water according to the rice cooker instructions.
  • Add lap cheong on top of rice.
  • Cook in rice cooker as you normally would cook rice. (Optional: cook some vegetables while waiting.) When rice is done, so is your sausage!
