Asian Turkey Lettuce Wrap
This easy Asian lettuce wrap uses ground turkey for a quick and healthy lunch.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tbsp garlic minced
- 2 tsp ginger grated
- 4 shiitake mushrooms diced
- 1 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts
- lettuce leaves for wrapping
Mix all ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.
Heat up a small amount of oil in a skillet with garlic and ginger.
Add mushrooms and water chestnuts. Saute until slightly softened.
Add ground turkey and cook until just browned.
Add sauce and mix until well combined. Remove from heat.
Serve by wrapping lettuce leaves around spoonfuls of the cooked turkey.
