Asian Turkey Lettuce Wrap

This easy Asian lettuce wrap uses ground turkey for a quick and healthy lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 2 tsp ginger grated
  • 4 shiitake mushrooms diced
  • 1 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts
  • lettuce leaves for wrapping

For Sauce

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients for the sauce. Set aside.
  • Heat up a small amount of oil in a skillet with garlic and ginger.
  • Add mushrooms and water chestnuts. Saute until slightly softened.
  • Add ground turkey and cook until just browned.
  • Add sauce and mix until well combined. Remove from heat.
  • Serve by wrapping lettuce leaves around spoonfuls of the cooked turkey.
