Char Siu Marinade/Glaze
Use this char siu marinade for any pork dish or boil it down to make a glaze.
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp black bean garlic paste
- 1 tbsp grated ginger optional
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together to form a basic sauce that can be used as a marinade or boiled down for a glaze/bbq sauce
