Yuzu Glazed Donuts

Make a quick and easy yuzu glaze to top these donuts made from store-bought biscuit dough!

Ingredients

  • 1 tube biscuit dough Pillsbury or other brand
  • oil for frying
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp yuzu juice
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • food coloring optional
  • sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Cut 1 inch holes out of the center of each biscuit.
  • Fry in 350 degree oil for 3-4 minutes per side. Let cool.
  • Mix powdered sugar, yuzu juice, and milk to form a glaze. Add 1-2 drops of food coloring if desired.
  • Dip cooled donuts into glaze and set to dry on wire rack. If using sprinkles, make sure to sprinkle them on right after glazing before it sets. Enjoy!
